Enjoy your stay in East Nashville's historic neighborhood Gra Mar Acres. This is a basement suite with your own private entrance. Enjoy this newly renovated, clean, and peaceful suite. Feel like you're in the countryside while being less than 15 min away from the Gulch, Vanderbilt, & the Airport; 10 min from downtown, Lower Broadway, & Nissan Stadium; 5 min to the Opry; & even less to some of Nashville's finest restaurants and venues.
We offer a keurig with pods and a small refrigerator. We provide Ginger Lilly Farms Body Wash, Shampoo, and Conditioner which is paraben and sulfate free. There is also a water filter for you to use so you don't need to buy bottled water for your stay.
High speed internet and a Smart TV are provided with access to all of your favorite streaming apps. A magnetic wireless phone charger is also provided.
Two private parking spots directly next to the entrance of the guest suite are available for the guests throughout their stay. Guests will also have access to our fire pit that looks out over our beautiful, 1-acre wooded backyard. While by the fire you may even see some of our neighborhood friends - deer, turkey, owls, and foxes have all been known to swing by from time to time.
