It includes a gorgeous living area, a kitchen/dining area, entry/sitting area, a quiet reading area with a recliner. Living area has large TV and gas fireplace. The full kitchen has gas stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There is a 700 sq. ft. patio with furniture and a gas BBQ grill for your use. You will be able to sit, relax and absorb the gorgeous mountain view. You also have access to the upstairs deck (also 700 sq. ft.). You might even get a glimpse of the herd of deer that live in the adjacent "nature" habitat.

Summary: We loved every minute of our stay at this beautiful home. Dan (Owner) met us as we pulled into the driveway, and even helped us get our luggage into the home. Everything was perfect, from the comfort of each room, the spaciousness and openness of the home, to the stunning view of the mountains. A very spacious grassy area for our grandkids to play, and lots of seating areas inside and out... We have found our place when we visit our kids in Layton, Utah!
