Gorgeous water frontage on Traverse City's Miracle mile beach on East Grand Traverse Bay! 1627 US 31-N Traverse City MI 49686. 5 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Full kitchen and dining room overlooking East Bay's gorgeous sunsets. 100% remodeled in 2017. Close to downtown Traverse City's dynamic night life with many fine restaurants and bars. Easy drive to the Turtle Creek Casino. Pet Friendly. Large private lot. Rental includes two stand up paddle boards and two Kayaks. Jet Ski and boat rentals are available from the neighboring property. Property has a fire pit on the beach and outdoor gas grill! The main feature of this house is the kitchen, living, dining area which is one large room with a gorgeous 180 degree view of East Bay. The outdoor area between house and water is all sand, and close to the water. There is a sun room over looking the water! The bedrooms all have brand new memory foam beds. One upstairs bedroom has a private bath. The other two share a full bath. There are two downstairs bedrooms. One has a full bed. The other is a very large bunk room and has a nice view of the water! It has three double beds, with twin upper bunks. There is a half bath on the lower level. For families, three families with kids, gives all parents a private room, and the kids in two bedrooms downstairs. Max occupancy in any configuration is 14. This unique hexagonal house was built in the 60's and has only had one owner. We totally remodeled the property to make it vacationer friendly!
