The Zen Den is an East Austin retreat, ideally located near the best food that the area has to offer. East 6th Street is a true foodie’s dream, offering the best restaurants, food trucks, bars, and breweries just over a mile away. Even closer, only a half mile away try some of the best tacos in Austin – at the Veracruz All Natural food truck!
You'll find a cozy open space with a flat screen TV, comfy sofa bed, half bath, and fully equipped kitchen. Head out to the fenced in backyard where you can grill up dinner on the gas BBQ, as the dogs play in the yard! The patio table has seating for 8, great for meals outside on the warm summer nights. You can find corn hole out here as well for further entertainment.
When it’s time to wind down, head upstairs to the bedrooms to call it a night. The main bedroom offers a Queen bed, private balcony, and en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Twin bunk bed and there is a shared bathroom in the hallway.
This homes comes with central AC to keep you cool during the summer days! There is a long driveway (shared with another home) for 2 cars. There is also plenty of street parking.
Please note: If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. Summary: In Austin with my son to enjoy Thanksgiving with my daughter. House is close to anything you would need, clean, well maintained. Management responded quickly to request (replaced broken coffee pot). Yard was a good size and fenced, the dog enjoyed it! Would definitely stay again.
