Eagleye Cottage is a beautiful and intimate getaway by the ocean. This cozy cottage sits right on the shores of the Georgia Strait near the entrance to the Discovery Passage and provides a spectacular 180 degree coastal view of the Mainland, including the Coastal Mountains, Powell River and the Sunshine Coast. Eagleye Cottage is perfect for two or four; take your time and relax in a serene environment while in a hot tub near the water, take a stroll down the oceanfront, or visit the local stores in town. The living room features comfortable leather furnishings, a wall-mounted television with satellite service and a DVD player, and a cozy gas fireplace. For those looking to sleep four, the couch easily turns into a double bed. The kitchen is also fully-equipped, with a convection microwave-oven, glass- ceramic cooktop, dish and cookware, and a mini-fridge. For your added convenience for long-stays, a full-size fridge and freezer is located around the back of the cottage. This charming cottage has a two-level outside deck: An upper level with patio set and barbeque and a lower level with an oceanside hot-tub, a bench for your robes and towels as well as a comfortable lounge chair. Around back of the cottage is a walk-in area containing a brand new, private- use washing machine and dryer for even more convenience during long stays. Access to the cottage is via a path on the left side of the building and stairs leading onto the deck. The entrance to the cottage is through the keyed-sliding glass door on the upper deck facing the ocean.
