Positive: The view was great. The property was clean.
Negative: The hot tub water was yellow/green and smelled bad. It definitely needed to be drained and re-filled. The front door lock was secured by scotch tape. The kitchen had 3 mugs and a plastic cup for drinking, that’s it. All of the pots/pans were not safe for cooking as their non-stick coating was coming off and damaged. The shower was missing tiles and had bad water pressure. The kitchen sink was leaking. The knobs on the stove top were broken off and had to be turned manually. The ceiling vent was missing and just a plain AC filter was wedged in the ceiling with jagged drywall edges and lint collecting on the ground beneath it.
Summary: Great view; the house/hot tub have room for improvement.
