The 300 feet of lakefront that await you at the bottom of the staircase or hiking trail down the bluff is a shared space (with Pinnacle Residence), along with use of the newly built dock.
The Lake Breeze waterfront cottage, outdoor space/yard of the main house and boat lift/boat mooring are for the exclusive use of those in the Pinnacle Residence.
Includes 2 outdoor parking spots.

Please note that access to the waterfront requires going down>100 steps along the bluff or down a steep hiking path. While it is great exercise, it does require some stamina to climb up and down.
