Welcome to Eagle Harbour! This home has been fully renovated with high-end finishes and custom features to provide a “hotel-like” stay. This home is the perfect alternative for someone who likes the cleanliness and upscale finishes of a 5 star resort, but is looking for more space, flexibility and privacy. From the moment you walk in, your head will be turning with the custom elements of this home. The foyer feels like a grand lobby, with greenery and uplighting creating a very immersive effect. Custom lighting is continued up through the stairs feature wall, and also over into the frameless glass wine room with an illuminated marble slab! Be sure to be a part of our “wine exchange”! The floor plan has been opened up in the renovation, making room for a large kitchen, with all new GE Cafe appliances, soft close cabinetry, waterfall quartz island and counters, a pot filler, coffee bar and more! You’ll also find a large family room with extra large comfy couches to relax and enjoy some movies on the new Samsung Frame TV. Downstairs there are 2 guest bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a shower and dual vanities. A laundry room is located downstairs and an extra half bathroom as well. The third bedroom is the Master Bedroom which is located upstairs and is where most space is dedicated to. This Master Suite includes a large bedroom, walk-in closet, office / workspace, private screened in patio, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. This bathroom has 2 vanities, a “spa-like” shower with dual shower heads, a rain head, and a handheld sprayer. Upstairs you’ll also find the Pool Table room, with incredible views of the water, a dedicated patio, a lounge area and also a custom bar with illuminated shelving and bar fridge. There isn't a room without a gorgeous view of the water, and it allows for plenty of space for friends, family, and all guests to spread out, relax and then come together to enjoy some quality time.
Take some time to sit out on the dock and enjoy the views. You might just be lucky and see Dolphins, Stingrays, Manatees, Turtles and many kinds of fish! Also enjoy a night sitting around the fire pit, making smores and enjoying unforgettable moments.
You have to enjoy the true Florida lifestyle while you are here! To start off, you have Paddle Boards and Kayaks that you can use anytime in the garage and included with your stay! HOT TUB! A 6-person Jacuzzi is now located in the backyard and is available for guests to enjoy! There’s fishing rods, and (6) beach chairs that you’re also welcome to use and take to the beach with you.
You’ll notice the driveway is very large. From the street, the property is mostly hidden because this house sits back behind another property along the water, creating a very private setting. The driveway itself is about 5,000sf of pavers, and outside you could fit 6-8 cars if needed. There is an attached garage to the house where you could fit 2 cars inside.
The location is fantastic, as you are close to world class beaches, attractions, MCO (Orlando International Airport), and much more - while having the benefit of a quiet, remote-feeling location. It’s just over an hour drive to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Orlando Convention Center, I-Drive, and all of the other tourist hot spots. You’re only 15 minutes to the beach, and within easy driving distance to Cocoa Beach, Cocoa Village, Melbourne, Port Canaveral and other local spots. The people of the nearby towns are very friendly, and you’ll find many pubs / bars that stay open to 2am that have live music all night! You can always find something that fits the mood for the evening, or have a peaceful night at home!
