Newly updated, end unit townhome in Creekside Village at Eagle Crest Resort, with full amenities for guests! Enjoy this serene & quiet location, just 15 minutes to Sisters & Redmond and 20 minutes to Bend! Our unit is different from others in Creekside - has an expanded, larger kitchen & new flooring. Also added privacy off the back patio w/ a large common area & mature juniper trees. Our goal is for you to enjoy a modern look with a rustic edge that is furnished with all the comforts of home! The space - End unit townhome sits up & away from the rest for extra privacy, open space & mature juniper trees behind the unit creates a tranquil, peaceful get-a-way. - Large open grass lawn on the side of the home is the perfect gathering space or a great spot to play with the kids or dogs. - Full use of THREE different pool/spa/exercise facilities throughout the resort. The closest one is just mere steps away from the unit. - Three 18 hole golf courses, outdoor tennis & pickle ball courts. - Indoor lap pool & indoor racquetball courts - Beautiful pond to sit & relax by is also just a stone's throw away from the home. Extensive walking trails throughout the resort to enjoy on bike or foot. - Recently updated townhome....expanded & enlarged kitchen as well as new wood plank flooring throughout. - Reclining Natuzzi Italian Leather furniture in the great room surrounding a cozy gas fireplace. - Very comfortable Tempurpedic king mattress in Master & high quality regular queen mattress in the second bedroom. Also two twin sized aerobeds provided for spillover guests or the kiddos. - Technically a 4 person hot tub...but we think it fits 2-3 comfortably. Reaches 104 degrees easily and has various colored light settings. - Plenty of plush white bath towels in both bathrooms as well as two white bathrobes in each bedroom for your comfort & convenience. - Large front walk-in storage area open for you to store any of your outdoor play items, coolers, bikes, etc... or just extra stuff. Easy to access on your way in & out. - Plenty of padded, comfortable outdoor furniture & new propane BBQ. - Flat screen TV's in every room with Apple TV as well. - Custom roller shade window treatments. Guest access Guests have access to entire space with exception is storage closet on back deck. Other things to note - Pets must be disclosed and approved by owner in advance. Pets must be house trained. Pets must be crated at night or when left alone in unit. Pets are not to be left in unit for extended periods of time or left unattended on back deck. Pet waste must be picked up immediately....doggy bags & receptacles provided throughout resort. - Max of two pets allowed - Pet fee of $20 total per night
