PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
One long stretch of sun-drenched white sand, turquoise ocean waters, a private swimming pool, rooftop terrace, and endless summer weather, is waiting for you during your stay at the Ipanema Vibes Two-bedroom townhome. Located just a few steps of Aruba's world-renowned Eagle Beach, rated #1 beach in the Caribbean and #3 in the world, this amazing vacation rental beach house is all about enjoying memorable family gatherings or unforgettable escapes with friends. Wonderfully decorated with wall arts and modern interiors inspired by Rio de Janeiro's most famous beach, this spacious 3-level townhome offers a private back patio, boasting its own plunge pool (up to 5ft deep), with an outdoor shower, seating area, and chaise lounges to relax under the sun. Additionally, a large private rooftop terrace providing beautiful partial ocean views, its own outdoor kitchen with BBQ-grill and outdoor dining table, plus a seating area with chaise lounges and hammock, completes this perfect vacation spot.
The living area is located on the first level with a large fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, an 8-seat dining table, a 3-seat sofa-bed with a chair plus a large TV, a half bathroom, and access to the backyard with a private swimming pool and outdoor furniture to enjoy together. Furthermore, in the kitchen, there is a washer and dryer available for your (private) use. Both bedrooms are located on the second level of the property. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and a walk-in closet that connects you to the en-suite primary bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, a TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
This unit provides you with about 1,490 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor living space. Air Conditioning in the living area and in each bedroom, a code-lock safety box, free wireless internet in the unit, and at the resort pool, and three cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom) are all available for your comfort. Located within the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, the newest vacation rental resort at Eagle beach; you have access to all the amenities and facilities of this resort as well. Sleeps standard 6 guests in 3 beds, plus there is a sofa-bed. So additionally can accommodate 2 extra guests at a $15 per person per night fee, for a total of 8 guests who can enjoy this amazing beach house.
This unit is adjacent to the Happy Island Two-bedroom townhome (LV17TH). Thus ideal for large families or groups that would like to be close but still have private units, total it would sleep up to 16. For your convenience and only when rented together, the connecting patio door can be unlocked, so to provide easy access between the 2 units. If not, this connecting door will always be locked!
THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
