Summary: Our family needed accommodations near the convention center, and we could make the brief walk without a problem. We did have an issue with the property, but it should be noted that the property manager was responsive and helpful.The property has three levels; the bottom and top floors have bedrooms, and the middle floor has double doors that open to an outdoor Juliet balcony. After the first night of our stay, we came down to the middle floor, surprised that the double doors were wide open. We assumed we had neglected to lock the doors, so we locked and bolted them the next morning when we left. Upon returning to the property a few hours later, we noticed the doors were again open! Even with the latch and bolt in place, the wind had blown the doors open. This left our family feeling unsettled regarding the security of the property. We pushed two chairs against the door and had no further issues. The property manager reviewed security footage for us and also told us of plans to have the door issue addressed.
