E404 is a two bedroom large floor plan that will accommodate up to six guest with a spacious 1289sq. feet, fully furnished. It rents at the two bedroom standard price! (Does not apply to monthly rentals)
The living room has a large flat screen TV/cable & DVD player, sofa pull out queen size sleeper and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.
The dining area includes a table that will seat six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a glass top stove.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a TV/cable, sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
There is a washer/dryer, both of the bedrooms have carpet and tile throughout the rest of the condo. The balcony has four chairs, a lounge chair and two small tables. View-Faces the water for the most part however it is slightly angled to the west as shown in the pictures and has a view of the water.
