Unit 1:
The bright greenery welcomes you in to the front door, where you'll notice the openness of the space. A modern living room, decorated with contemporary art and a calm, neutral color palette, offers a beautiful space to unwind with family and friends. The couch is the perfect place for a midday nap!
To the left is a large, gorgeous dining room table with seating for six. A trendy chandelier hangs overhead, while natural light from the large window lights up the room.
The kitchen is equipped with upgraded stainless steel appliances and modern, sleek white cabinets. This alley kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a meal during your vacation--between the ample counter space, dishwasher, and spacious refrigerator, cooking at home is easy. The door in the kitchen leads to the beautiful patio!
Next, you'll find a bedroom with a luxurious Queen-sized mattress dressed in high-quality bedding. We know the importance of a good night's sleep on vacation, so this bedroom has everything you'll need to be comfortable. The three windows give you great natural light during the day, but the blinds will keep it dark after the sun rises. A small T.V is adjustable to face the bed, and a reading light is on the nightstand. This bedroom also has a small closet.

Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000

If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.
Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Internet/Cable:
The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
