Meadow Apartment is situated in a large house on a small country lane amidst fields and mountains and is one of very few apartments or villas in Dalyan from where you can see the sea. It feels surprisingly peaceful and secluded considering it is only 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of town with it's riverside bars and restaurants.There are stunning mountain views from the pool which is 100 square metres - an extremely good size, in fact larger than many hotel pools! The rustic and natural garden is full of palm trees and fruit trees, roses and oleanders, and there are a number of shady areas covered with climbing plants. This makes it ideal for nature lovers, bird watchers, walkers and bikers or simply those who like the peace and tranquility of the countryside but also want to be within a short walk of the bars and restaurants. It gives the best of both worlds. Notes on accommodation: The apartment is situated in a county house and shares the pool with 4 other apartments. Our apartment is on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building. It has an internal and external staircase between the 2 levels. The internal staircase is a narrow open tread construction which makes it unsuitable for young children. The layout of the apartment makes it ideal for 2 couples, or a family with older children. It allows a certain amount of independence as both floors have bathrooms and kitchen facilities (upper floor only basic kitchen for snacks, drinks etc) and can be accessed separately. Due to the layout of the apartment and the depth of the pool the apartment is unsuitable for children under 14. Description of the apartment: A marble staircase at the back of the house leads to the front door which opens directly into the lower bedroom. (Alternatively the marble staircase continues up to the second floor where you can enter the upper bedroom) The lower bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed. It leads into the kitchen/diner with a shower room between the 2 rooms. The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher and table and chairs for 4 people. A small balcony with a table and chairs leads off the kitchen and overlooks the front garden. An internal staircase leads up to the upper bedroom. This room has a double bed and a Turkish seating area which can be used as another bed. There is also a kitchenette with a washing machine and fridge and an ensuite shower room. Double doors lead from this room to the full length balcony with far reaching views of mountains, farmland and the sea in the distance. The balcony has a table and chairs for 4/6 and 2 large sun umbrellas Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are included and the apartment will be cleaned before and after your stay, and midway if staying for 2 weeks. We also provide hot water bottles and umbrellas for those visiting out of season.
