Incredible home on the white sandy beaches featuring 4 gulf side master suites , 2 large bunk rooms with built ins, game room with shuffleboard and bumper pool table, flat screen tv's all 8 bedrooms, stainless appliances, granite counters, hardwood and tile flooring, massive gulf side pool and desk. Under the house, there is adequate parking for multiple vehicles and is complete with a small putting green, seating area, and two charcoal grills. Once you go up the stairs inside, the first level of the home hosts the kitchen, dining area, half bath, living room and two bedrooms with king beds and full baths. You have direct access to the pool area and deck from the living room and one of the bedrooms which face the ocean. This floor has an open floor plan and includes plenty of room for large family meals together! The kitchen is complete with two full-size commercial refrigerator/freezers, separate under-counter ice maker, two dishwashers, two coffee makers, Keurig, toaster, microwave, and oven. It is stocked with two CrockPots, two griddles, and all of the kitchenware essentials -- glasses, dishware, knives, serving ware, pots, pans, utensils, and more! The next level has 5 bedrooms and the laundry room on it. There are two gulf front master bedrooms with king-size beds each with combination jet tub/full shower bathrooms, and another bedroom with a king-size bed and bathroom. There are two bunk rooms that share a full bathroom. One room has two twin-over-queen built-in bunk beds and another has a twin-over-queen bunk and a twin-over-twin bunk. The laundry room is equipped with a full-size heavy duty washer and dryer. The third level has another bedroom with a king-size bed with a full bath and also has a large game room and play area complete with mini-refrigerator, sink, television, and bar. Each bedroom has its own television and many bedrooms have DVD players. **Pets in this home are STRICTLY PROHIBITED!** We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older to reserve the home and be present at the home during the entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exceptions to this policy.
