Dune Our Thing is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom beach front home located on the quiet West End area of Panama City Beach. This home can sleep up to 10 people and features 2 master bedrooms suites, elevator, large living room with flat screen TV, DVD Player, multiple outdoor decks, private beach access and offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The ground level features a game room with large flat screen TV for gaming (not hooked to cable). The game room does not have access to cable or WIFI Up the first flight of stairs on the first level will be a guest bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining room living room, and a balcony which features wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico. The guest bedroom on this floor will have a queen sized bed, queen sofa sleeper and flat screen TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious making it great for gathering to socialize or prepare your family meals. The adjacent dining area seats (6) people with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The living room is great for family gatherings with a large sectional couch, flat screen TV and DVD Player. Step outside onto one of the homes many balconies and enjoy the great sea breeze and majestic views of the pristine white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach.
The third level of the home you will find the second guest bedroom and the first of the master suites. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The master suite on this floor will have a king sized bed, TV, sitting area, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and a private balcony with lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs.
The fourth floor will have the second master suite with King Bed, TV, sitting area and spacious master bathroom. The bathroom will have a walk-in shower, large soaking tub, (2) sinks - one with a dressing table built in. The master suite has a private balcony with lounge chairs, with unrestricted views of the sunrise or sunset.
The home is beautifully decorated, has a full size washer and dryer, elevator and complimentary WiFi. It is just steps to the beach and 5 minute drive to the popular Highway 30-A, Rosemary Beach, and Aly's Beach.
Dune Our Thing is pet friendly up to 20 pounds, so feel free to bring your family dog along on vacation. Pier Park, only 10 minutes away, has a dog friendly beach and features shopping, dining and entertainment. Other area attractions include Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, championship golf course and deep sea fishing charters.

Summary: The elevator did work. But all the past reviews still had not been fixed. Toilet seat broken, sheets didn’t fit king size bed on 3rd floor, door to 3rd floor patio broken and missing exterior handle, fixture hanging over kitchen sink with wires exposed, tile on stairs separated and a trip hazard, door to 4th floor bathroom broken, missing light bulbs in living room lamps and the 3rd and 4th floor televisions couldn’t connect to the internet. So only the living room tv worked. All the work that has been done to this house looks like a child did it. The house is huge and has the potential to be beautiful and located right on the beach. Could be great if maintained.
