Welcome to the Dune Angel on 30A Beach Rental!
- This 2018-built townhome is an immaculate 3 bed/2.5 bath townhome in Prominence FL, it has not been rented until last summer and is beautiful and pristine. It sleeps up to 9 people - 2 kings, a bunk with 2 fulls and a single trundle, and a queen sleeper downstairs with a memory foam mattress.
- 6 bikes included in rental, plus a beach bike trailer (for a child or your beach supplies and chairs), beach wagon, and more. Beach access 0.5 mile East or West of Prominence - walk, bike, car, or rent a golf cart.
- 2 car garage with 2 more parking spaces.
- Dune Angel is our second home. 6+ beach chairs, umbrellas, foam cooler, boogie boards, beach and pool toys and more amenities you will need for great days at the beach is included!
- This beautiful town home has a master bedroom with a King size bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, en-suite his and hers bath vanity, walk-in shower & water closet. The guest bedroom has a King size bed, smart TV, and ample closet and storage room. The 3rd bedroom has a full over full bunkbed with an additional twin trundle, and a smart TV.
- Our great living room features large screen smart TV, ample sitting room and a recently added Queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. The dining area has a beautiful round table with 6 high-back padded chairs with 4 additional stools at the breakfast bar. The open-concept kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops and comes fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals for your entire family. You will only need to buy groceries (which can also be delivered from the nearby Publix through Instacart, or other delivery options).
- The living and dining room open up to a backyard green space - perfect for kids to play, run around and throw a ball and for adults to enjoy a morning coffee, breakfast or a glass of wine outside. The balcony is also shaded on the hot summer afternoons!
- Key-less entry smart locks are at the main entrance and on the garage. For security purposes, we have motion activated cameras installed to monitor and record any outdoor activity.
- Our Prominence community features an awesome 5000 sq. foot resort-style, child friendly pool (the North pool), heated in the winter! with lounging cabanas, outdoor facilities with gas grills, eating areas, bathhouses and a fitness center. The second pool (South pool) is also accessible with the same code across the road on the Big Chill side.
- Right across from the Prominence you have the THE BIG CHILL (formerly the Hub)! It offers shopping, restaurants, bars, a wine room, coffee shop, food trucks, outdoor big-screen movie nights for kids (family movies), sports (football games) and a stage for DJ parties and live band entertainment. It’s one of the top Hot Spots on 30A!
- The closest Beach is the picturesque beach at Deer Lake State Park, just 0.6 miles of a mile west of our home. This beach is one of the least crowded ones in the area and it is backed by the beautiful dunes not houses. This is the best local spot for famous 30A sunsets! Santa Clara beach is a really nice, full service, public beach approximately 3 miles west of Prominence. Other beaches accesses are in close proximity and more info will be provided upon booking.
- You can ride the bikes and trek up and down the convenient bike paths on 30A and visit the nearby communities such as Seaside, Seacrest, Alys Beach & Rosemary Beach, which offer more fine dining and shopping within just a couple of miles from the house.
