This Property is situated on the largest beach front block on Andreas Ave Dundee Beach. The uninterrupted 270 degrees sea view is spectacular both left and right. On a clear day, look to the right and you can see the Lodge of Dundee and to the left you can see Catfish Island. A relaxing day is spent on the elevated verandah watching the boats go by. As the house has been built with a very high elevation and high ceilings, it catches the see breezes which makes the house very cool. There is a split system aircon in the main living area which is big enough to cover the entire house including bedrooms if you prefer and Ceiling fans in each room. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and faces the sea so when you wake up in the morning you can watch the sun rise or just relax and watch the boats head out fishing. The second bedroom has a double bunk and an extra singe bed with 2 extra mattresses to throw on the floor for two extra people.The house comfortably caters for 6-8 people. All bedrooms have floor to ceiling mirrors and heaps of cupboard space to store your personal gear. The bathroom is very large and contains a glass shower, toilet and vanity with a large mirror. The living area consists of a 55inch HD TV with satellite connection so you can watch your favourite show or game of footy. A cane lounge suite and a six seater dining suite. The kitchen has beautiful granite bench tops and is fully equipped and functional, including pots pans, cutlery and crockery ect. Gas stove/oven,jug,toaster,microwave,fridge/freezer and outdoor BBQ. The balcony is a wonderful place to sit of an evening to watch the amazing top end sunsets with little or no problem with mozzies or sandflies with the high elevation. A great place to spend a weekend away or a week or two if having an extended holiday. The property is priced on six people staying, if more than six an extra charge per person per night applies. Linen is not included but can be supplied at a one off cost. Pets are usually welcome but this must be discussed when booking and must be kept outside. Smoking is OK on the balcony or downstairs but please not inside
