Welcome to Kings Landing on Smith Lake! This is the place where technology and relaxation both reside. Kings Landing offers many amenities besides the breathtaking views of Smith Lake. You will enjoy total serenity as you watch the sun rise and set over the picturesque forest back drop of Alabama the Beautiful, along with its magnificent tree lines that seem to touch the sky. The spacious lake area offers plenty of places to anchor down, swim and/or relax. There is also wide water to ski, tube, wake board and various other water activities. Kings Landing’s concept is simple: MAKE ALL WHO ENTER FEEL LIKE ROYALTY. Some of the features of this newly renovated condo include free Wi-Fi and flat screen TVs in every room. It sleeps 8 people in beds with a 12 person maximum occupancy. The Master Bedroom features a King size bed and offers access to the patio overlooking the water. There is also an Amazon Fire stick for your enjoyment. It can be used to watch movies from any era of time. The Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed, Roku, and USB ports built into the night stand. The Kids’ Bedroom has 4 twin beds and a video game console with access to various arcade games from retro to right now. A large fully equipped kitchen is open so that no one is cut off from the group while preparing those special vacation meals for your family. There is a good sized dining room table with seating for 4 people. The Living Room features a comfortable sofa that is big enough for the entire family to sit and watch games and/or movies (TV has Spectrum cable). In addition to the TV, there is also a great view of the lake from living room and the patio door also leads to the balcony. The balcony has a flat screen TV and a professional cook top grill. There is also a table that will easily seat 4 – 6 people. In addition to all of these amenities within the condo, there are also many outdoor amenities not available in a traditional lake house. Kings Landing Condo has its own boat slip; big enough to hold your boat or jet skis. There is also an outside swimming pool (open year round), a public charcoal grill, and easy access to the Duncan Bridge Marina (less than a mile away). The resort is also close to stores, restaurants, and the City of Jasper for all of your shopping needs. PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day - Labor Day): no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept three (3) night rentals during Peak Season with the exception of 4th of July week. 4th of July week has a 5 night minimum. OFF-PEAK SEASON: 2 night min. (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas).
