Dugong Villa is located in the very popular Village Quays on the Exmouth Marina. With a south facing courtyard verandah with BBQ and outdoor setting, leading down to your own private boat jetty suitable for up to an 8 metre vessel, this compact two story villa is a perfect base for your Ningaloo Reef Holiday experience.
Three bedrooms are all located up stairs on the second floor. The main bedroom has a king bed with a full ensuite bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom also has a king bed, the third bedroom has 2 king singles. Great for singles, couples or families. There is a second shared family bathroom also situated upstairs.
Downstairs is the open plan kitchen and living space which leads out to the private verandah. There is also a laundry downstairs and another toilet for your convenience.
Parking is limited to your two allocated parking bays at the property. One is undercover of the carport and the second bay is next to it. Boats will need to be unhitched from the trailer should you wish to park on the hard (and not use the jetty). There is no additional parking permitted in the surrounding grounds, and space is limited for turnarounds. So should you be bringing a boat of substantial size, you will need to keep it on the jetty.
