Positive: The place itself was nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was clean with pretty good hot water. After checking in, Eranda was very nice and responsive
Negative: We messaged the host that we would arrive between 8-9pm. She did not respond. When we arrived, there was no one there to meet us. We called the phone# of the host but she did not answer. We waited for 20 minutes and had to wait for a tenant to enter or exit the building to try to find out where the host was. I was about 5 minutes from leaving and going to a hotel and requesting a refund. The host eventually showed up, but we were already stressed and aggravated. That was very disappointing. The other issue is the booking.com amenities stated the apt has wifi. When we asked the host, she said it doesn't work at all. Also disappointing and misleading.
Summary: Nice place, but frantic check-in and no wifi
