Positive: It was quiet and I didn't had to deal with the landlady apart from the first evening of the stay... read bellow.
Negative: There was no possibility of drying or cleaning your shoes as you were obliged to leave them outside in the cold and not even protected in any way apart from the roof. The lady was more than unpleasant. She was rude and downright condescending. Made one feel like a brute intruder. Were it not for the lack of the possibility of a refund I wouldn't stay there even a night.
