Summary: Our host was gracious and welcoming. He was flexible during our arrival time to meet us. This property met our overnight needs in Modena. I however, missed that it is not air conditioned so therefore in June was quite HOT and uncomfortable when attempting to sleep. There are stand fans to help circulate the air but none of the 4 adults slept comfortably. The windows could be opened but without screens the mosquitoes were attacking. The beds are twin beds so would work well for 5 singles. The single beds were fine with us Again it met our need and we appreciated the hospitality.
