Positive: Great value for money, very convenient location a few minutes walk distance to the beach, a lot of space for the kids to run around, fully equipped kitchen to prepare meal, free parking, AC in the living room which was enough for us, there were mosquito nets on all windows, which is a huge plus for summer.
Negative: Please change the mattress in the bedroom next to the living room :(
