This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is in the very desirable and centrally located Desert Falls Country Club in Palm Desert and managed by one of the most popular property managers in the area.
This gorgeous condo features all new furniture including top of the line king size mattresses in each bedroom, a massive master suite with double vanities, a giant walk in shower and a separate water closet with bidet. The kitchen is perfect for chefs (both amateur and more experienced) with new, top of the line appliances and every kitchen amenity you can conceive of. This is the highly sought after lower level, end unit with the breakfast nook. The kitchen table seats 4 comfortably and the dining room table seats 6-8 very comfortably and has an extra leaf for larger dinner parties.
Grill on our back patio with our top of the line Weber natural gas grill and enjoy the sunshine and stunning mountain views from both of our patios. Not to mention there is a sun soaked pool and hot tub complex literally just steps away from our back patio.
You have your very own attached, two car garage complete with two bicycles, a bocce ball set, a cornhole set and some pool floats.
The home features upgraded LED, low eye impact lighting, upgraded Wi-Fi speeds of 200+ Mbps, a newer HVAC system with an air filtration system and too many other upgrades and amenities to mention. The living room and both bedrooms feature large format, flat screen televisions all Wi-Fi enabled for your streaming desires.
As a guest of ours you have full and complimentary access to the Desert Falls Country Club state of the art fitness facilities and that includes tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Desert Falls Country Club is a public course so come hit the links on one of the highest rated “Scottish Links courses”, enjoy a sunset cocktail in the beautiful clubhouse after and retire to your gorgeous home to get some rest and relaxation before doing it all again the next day.
Speaking of the neighborhood, you don’t get better or more centrally located than Desert Falls Country Club. The home is conveniently located just minutes from the I-10 freeway, shopping and restaurants galore, hiking trails, art galleries and so much more. Want to golf?
