Travel Purpose: business
Positive: It is an older condo but was clean (except for the deck/porch). Communication from the management company is very good via text and emails. Check in was smooth and very clear instructions. Good space for a couple or small family. Kitchen supplies are provided also plenty of towels and sheets. Nice view of the golf course and dog friendly.
Negative: Furniture can use some updating. Murphy bed latch didn't work so someone had to sleep on the couch. If you are light sleeper I would not recommend this place. You can hear all the footsteps and tv/talk from upstairs. Deck was not clean, picture on listing is different from the 2 dirty chairs they have on the deck which we couldn't sit on. Pots and pans need upgrade. There seems to be a problem with the hot water. I read other reviews and corroborated the hot water on the shower runs out after first shower and is very unpleasant for the second person to finish a shower with cold water. It is a short drive to the beach not walkable. Distance wise looking at the map, it would be shorter and convenient to drive across the Wyndham property to the beach, however they have gates and you must drive around and out the main gate to get to the beach. Had I known this I would have rented at another location.
