Bordering a PEI National Park, this cottage is the perfect location for a Prince Edward Island Vacation beach vacation. It is built in a row of other like cottages in the heart of the Cavendish tourist hub, and is within walking distance to many amenities including; restaurants, shopping, Cavendish beach, Anne of Green Gables, golf, and much more! The cottage has a deck, which wraps around two sides of the home, allowing the enjoyment of being able to choose to relax in the sun or shade anytime of day! The deck could be used for a relaxing morning coffee while watching the sunrise, or BBQ with the family while watching the amazing sunsets. Inside you are welcomed with upscale furnishings throughout! The main floor features an open concept living room with plenty of seating and a TV. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room that can seat up to eight people and an island that can seat an additional two! You will also find a main floor bedroom featuring a queen bed, and full bathroom. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms, another full bathroom, and a loft which is perfect for reading, playing one of the many board games or working on a puzzle. One of the bedrooms features two single beds, and the other bedroom a double. The loft has beautiful custom windows that look out over Cavendish National Park and there is a sofa bed sleeping up to two additional guests. Unlike other cottages in this row of condo units, this one has a fully finished basement! The basement provides a large rec room area setup with a large sectional, TV, and ping pong and foosball tables for entertainment. The fourth bedroom is located in the basement featuring a queen size bed and a large window. Note bookings during the summer are from Saturday to Saturday only.
