4 Bedroom House in Porto Santo Stefano

High above the bay of Porto S. Stefano on Monte Argentario a dream house, from three terraces you have a wonderful view of the sea and the harbor.
At the back of the house leads a staircase into the enchanted garden with pool, old olive trees, lemon trees, flower-covered stone walls, lit in the evening ... the host is a garden lover. In the back of the garden you can enjoy the sun undisturbed.
Above the house sits a garden shed, with a small bedroom with double bed (1.40), a bathroom and a large terrace.
The house is very sophisticated and pleasantly furnished, modern classics harmonize with beautifully restored old Tuscan furniture; The landlord collects art and antiques.
Four bedrooms with four bathrooms give you the freedom to feel comfortable with a larger family or many friends in this spacious home. The kitchen is well furnished, with all the (electrical) appliances.
You have two parking spaces under the house. And you can directly from the house down a rocky stairway to the bay, down to the public beach.

Summary: This property is unbelievably lovely. The views are stunning! Antonella and Luccia, the owners, live below and couldn’t be more helpful and kind if they tried. The space is more than comfortable. There were 6 of us in our party and we had more than enough room. There is a beach right below the property with an interesting pathway down. It’s not for small kids or infirm adults. This pathway also leads into town. The town is small but has everything you need. There are some great seafood restaurants and the ferries to the islands leave from there. We visited the island of Giglio, which I highly recommend for a day outing. There were no pool towels provided, which is odd given there is a private pool for your use. We bought 4 pool towels and left them with the owners for future guests as we could not take them with us. Highly recommend this property but make sure that all costs are thoroughly disclosed on the booking. We ran into some issues but the property manger did resolve the issue in the end. I highly recommend before booking that you check what is and isn’t included with this booking so that there are no surprises when you get there. The property manager also arranged for a chef to come and cook us an authentic Italian dinner one night - this was an amazing experience. I recommend having this experience if you can.
