Included is a holiday resort with three large communal pools, a kids' pool, slides and water activities, clubhouse, a gym, tiki bar, boating, turf soccer field, beach volleyball, and attractive outdoor seating areas. Beautiful golf courses a drive away. The resort is also walking distance to restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Even taking a simple walk around the resort is beautiful with lake views.

- No shoes in the house
- No loud noise after 10pm
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave

- Checkout: 10:00 a.m. sharp
- (Guests must leave by the check-out time (10am sharp), as we have other guests arriving on the same day. Guests who do not check-out on time might be charged an additional fee, as there will be additional work for our team)

BBQ Rental $15 per day
Pool heat takes up to 24 hours to fully heat the entire pool depending on the weather. Pool heat payments are non refundable unless there is an issue with equipment only.
Trash Rules
-Please place your trash out in the provided bench by 7:00 AM. Service will start promptly at 7:00 AM.
-Trashed placed out after 7:00 AM may be missed if the collection has begun.
-Always place tied trash bags in your bench vs loose trash. Any loose trash within the bench will not be collected if not bagged.
-Trash is collected 7 days a week.
-All boxes are to be broken down, bundled and placed neatly by the bench for morning pickup.
