Living Area:
The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful as well as comfortable for your stay. The open plan kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. From the kitchen island you look out to the living room/dinning are as well as beautiful views through panoramic floor to ceiling windows. The dining area has a table and six chairs. The dining area leads into the living area which has a comfortable couch along with a Smart TV that is perfect after a long day at the beach.
First Bedroom (OceanView):
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with high quality memory foam and ecologically produced bed linens and beautiful ocean views. The walk-in closet provides plenty of space to store all your clothes and the master bath has a separate shower and tub so that you don’t have to wait for your turn. This bedroom has flat screen TV.
Second Bedroom:
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and bay/city view. This bedroom has flat screen TV as well. Plenty of closet space and an in suite full bathroom with shower make this room just as desirable as the master.
Third Bedroom:
The third bedroom has a queen bed and as other bedrooms this bedroom has flat screen TV, has own bathroom with access from living area.
Guests can reach out to the Stay Today team to for any inquiries, questions or issues that may arise from 9AM until 11PM. Additionally, the building front desk is always happy and available to assist at the main lobby 24/7.
Any calls/messages after 11:00PM will be answered the following morning during regular business hours.
Hallandale Beach is a great town that sits squarely between Miami and Fort Lauderdale offering the best of each city only minutes away in a car. The neighborhood has plenty of shopping available with a Walmart right across the street for food shopping during extended stays, there are several restaurants available including Etaru which sits right on the Beach next to the building beach service area.

Kindly find the resort and parking fees below to be paid directly to the resort during check-in and they are not included in the payment for the property. (Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice):

* Credit card and ID must match name on reservations or accompanying guest to check in. Hotel front desk will place a hold of $250 on your credit card at the time of check in. Security deposit will be released immediately upon check out and may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your account depending on the bank.
While we would love to accommodate early check-ins, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability. However, we will do our best to ensure that your check-in process is as smooth as possible.
If you need a little extra time to enjoy your stay, we offer a late check-out option for a fee of $120 for an additional 2 hours, based on availability. Please confirm this option with a STAY TODAY representative at least 1 day before your check-out date.
- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
- Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.

To maintain A/C performance and prevent humidity damage, please keep windows and doors shut.
- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy and safe for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
