Enjoy a comfortable getaway at our Valley Vacation Home, complete with comfortable king and 2 queen beds, sleeper sofa, well-stocked kitchen with local coffee, backyard BBQ, fenced yard, cozy bedrooms and a second TV in the primary room, 2 spacious bathrooms— one with radiant floor heat and a soaker tub! The whole family is sure to enjoy this stylish and upscale home! We do allow a pet, please inquire before booking.
The Space:
You’re certain to enjoy this lovely home, nestled in Spokane Valley on a quiet residential street but with bustling city amenities just minutes away. Spokane Valley local dining and breweries, retail shopping, the small unique Millwood District, and Mirabeau Point Park are all a short driving distance away.
You’ll enter the home into the spacious, and nearly seamless, living room, kitchen with bar seating and dining area. The primary bedroom has a Sleep Number bed to enjoy watching your favorite TV shows, and the primary bathroom has radiant heat floors, a soaker tub, and separate shower. The living room boasts plenty of seating, a fireplace, and queen sleeper sofa in the living room, which allows for accommodations for 2 extra guests.
This spacious rancher duplex has everything you need on one level, including a well-appointed chef’s kitchen with garbage disposal, spices, oils and popcorn, coffee and tea, coffee pot, stainless appliances, garbage disposal, pots and pans and utensils for cooking, Instant Pot and other small appliances, and dinnerware for enjoying meals here. The walkout back yard is fully-fenced and includes a natural gas BBQ for your family and small pets to enjoy.
We do allow guests to park inside the garage, and ask that you open and close the door from inside the garage. (No remotes provided.)
Pets are limited in size and quantity. Please send an inquiry prior to making your reservation.
We do have security cameras on the *exterior only* of the home. No cameras are installed in or have views of indoors.
We do require guests to e-sign a vacation rental agreement for stays of any length prior to check in. We request guests fill out a check-in form so that we can best prepare for your stay.
Non-Airbnb Guests: Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to request to screen identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
Guest Access:
We offer free parking in the driveway, use of the garage or street parking in front of the mail boxes. Please be courteous of neighbors, do not block driveways, and park in driveway when snow plows can be expected.

Other Things to Note:
LIMIT 2 DOGS, NO CATS ALLOWED. Pet fees are nonrefundable and will be requested through the resolution center after the reservation is confirmed and prior to your stay. Pet fees must be paid prior to check in or your door code will not function at the time of check in.
We charge a nonrefundable pet fee of $20 per day for the first dog, and $15 per day for the second dog. Sorry, no cats allowed.
Pets are never allowed to be left at the home (inside or outside) alone without a crate, and only in a crate as long as they will not disturb neighboring duplex guests.
We will do our best to accommodate early check in or late checkout, but we do charge a fee for this service.
While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'.
For Airbnb reservations: We do not charge a damage deposit on site because Airbnb offers AirCover.
For non-Airbnb reservations: We charge a nightly fee of $25.00 for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay.
After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance.
Airbnb does their own guest screening and we do ours.
For non-Airbnb reservations, we use a quick and simple third party guest screening service. Please watch for this email and complete the appropriate steps. Message/call us if you encounter any problems or have questions about this service. We require non-Airbnb guests to submit documents to verify identity and perform background screening, which occurs through a third-party company to Safely. Cancellation policy applies to reservations that are cancelled due to guests not reading this requirement in the listing and not wanting to perform the background screening.
If you request check in less than 48 hours in advance, we will ask for a photo of your Identification matching the method of payment used, and meet you on site for check in to verify your reservation is for the booked guest. (Subject to change. Please message us with questions.)
