Travel Purpose: business
Negative: The house itself was nice, but the management was unhelpful and unprofessional. Communication was difficult, and they took over a week to respond to simple requests. We had requested a grill in advance, were told there was a $50 charge, and agreed to it. Assuming it would be ready upon arrival, we bought food specifically to cook. When we got there, the grill was missing, and management initially denied it was included. After referring to our previous conversation, they finally sent someone—but she was out of town and took hours to arrive. The gas tank was nearly empty, causing more delays. By the time we were able to cook, it was so late that we had to go buy food for the kids. On top of that, the house wasn’t very clean—after walking barefoot, our feet were black. There were no garbage bags, and the location wasn’t great for the price. Management was also rude, telling us that they don’t usually rent for just one night and even suggesting we leave if we weren’t happy. If that’s their policy, they shouldn’t have accepted our booking. For the price, I expected much better service and cleanliness. Would not stay here again.
