Located above a kelp forest where migrating and resident whales like to feed, this elegant 2nd-floor condo will keep your eyes on the ocean as cormorants, pelicans, and gulls sweep past. Relax in front of large windows in the soothing living room, newly furnished with Oregon-made Stanton sofas, a Roku TV, and a warm electric fireplace. The dining table has an ocean view, and it’s easy to eat in from the fully equipped kitchen with quartz counters, a breakfast bar, stainless-steel appliances, and a window that looks north up the coastline to Boiler Bay. A king suite includes a recliner and TV, plus a spa-like bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a TV, and a window to the sea. This thoughtfully outfitted home includes some wonderful extras: a portable hammock for two; two patio chairs, a portable outdoor table, and outdoor pillows and blankets for the balcony; loads of extra blankets, floor fans, games, puzzles, and even an office desk and chair.
