Positive: Air-conditioning X2 . Quiet neighborhood,but not far away from town center . Nice look block house and interior .
Negative: Not good smell of old ... furniture or wood 🤔....at the first door open ,but not so problematic after apartment ventilated . Mattress moves to easily and separate after night , not so good for couples ;)
