This is a modern 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 2-car garage beach townhouse in the heart of downtown of Ocean City! It is located in Captains View Villas between 12th and 13th Streets. It is just two blocks from the boardwalk and ocean and one block from the bay.
This unit has all nice furniture and accessories throughout, and it is beautifully decorated. This unit sleeps 12 - 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 sets of bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom, 1 queen bed in the 4th bedroom, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Because this unit is able to sleep a large number of people, it is ideal for extended families during the high season. WiFi is available.
Parking is at a premium in downtown Ocean City, but don't worry because you have two spaces in the full two car garage in the rear of the townhouse and one assigned space in the front as well as on street parking.
Park the car for a week and walk everywhere. It is convenient to the boardwalk, ocean, restaurants, mini-golf, amusement parks and more!
This unit is rented by the week during the high season. Nonetheless, mini-weeks are available in the off-season with a 3-night minimum for special events such as St. Patrick's, Spring Fest, Cruising Weekend, Jeep Week, Bikers Week, Sun Fest, Wine On The Beach, etc. Please e-mail for details.
