Positive: The hotel had everything we needed for a short stay in Istanbul. The rooms were comfortable, and the location was great. Overall, it was a good choice. What really made our stay memorable was the staff. The whole team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful — we truly felt taken care of from start to finish. A very special thank you to Mr. Kenan and Mr. Eren, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From check-in to helping us with transportation, their warmth and generosity left a lasting impression.
