Positive: 95% of everything was great with this place. Host very responsive in communication department. The place is centrally located, and next to a grocery store with affordable prices with another a few blocks further. Place was comfortable and bright with a modern design, can't beat it.
Negative: The 5% was really minor things like broken lamp in bedroom and no tea bags in unit for the tea kettle; again minor things. The property owner stated they would have someone come over fix the lamp after my stay so future guests should have that experience.
Summary: Great Place, great host, will stay again
