The gourmet island kitchen features a huge peninsula and island, large pantry, great counter space and is fully equipped with all new stainless steel appliances. The French doors off the kitchen lead to the patio on the river.
On the river, downtown, a located across the street from Drake Park. One of the best locations in all of Downtown Bend! Easy walk to Galveston, Newport, Old Mill and downtown Bend.
Launch our stand up paddle boards and kayaks off the back patio, or relax with a cocktail watching floaters go by. Outdoor entertainment area is unique and private: Water feature, outdoor speakers, all paver patio, BBQ area, ample seating, and beautiful landscaping.
This home has 4 large bedrooms:
1. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, private bathroom and a slider door onto the back patio with gorgeous views of the river.
2. The 2nd Master Bedroom also has a king size bed, a large closet and a private bathroom.
3. The 3rd Bedroom has a queen size bed and is off of the additional small living room.
4. Lastly, the den has 2 twin beds and is located off of the living room.
