LOCATION: Best location in Rehoboth, on the Northside of Rehoboth Beach, with a short walk to the excitement of downtown, but quieter. Hear the waves, and feel as though you can even touch them. Rehoboth Beach is busy all year, and this townhouse is available all year. It's a place where you can reflect on your life and have gratitude for nature's beauty. Stroll or bike ride down the boardwalk to the stores, which are tax-free, or watch the entertainment that goes on just a few blocks at the square. Everything is at your fingertips at this location. This is not your average beach rental! Park and walk all week!

THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. We do offer a linen rental package to guests. No pets and no smoking! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
