This modern, luxury downtown home consists of an upper and lower level. Highlights include central air-conditioning, complimentary parking, luxury linens, robes, and a private patio. Partake in the free snacks, drinks, and coffee before soaking in the hot tubs with fountains that change colors.
The lower level features a stylish living room with plenty of seating and a 60-inch smart TV with streaming capabilities. Also on this level is a well-equipped kitchenette complete with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and basic glassware. The upper level consists of an upscale living area and a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar.
Outside, you have a private patio area that has a natural rock bluff wall surrounding it. This outdoor area wraps around the back and side of the building. The side yard has patio seating with a great vantage point for the occasional community parade.
The location is amazing. This is the perfect hub for the exploration of downtown Eureka Springs. You will have front-row access to seasonal parades and festivals while restaurants are within approximately a two-minute walk.
