However, please note the following disclosures: the unit is unsuitable for children under 10, and the loft bedroom may pose challenges for those with mobility issues due to steep and narrow stairs. Outside cameras are used for security, and being in the heart of downtown means occasional city noises. While a parking pass is provided, availability in the public lot can vary, and you may need to move your vehicle for plowing during snowstorms. Paid parking is available on weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm, and free parking is available outside the unit at other times.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Any evidence of pets will result in a $500 fine plus actual remediation costs for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
