Positive: Location in downtown LA, in a quiet neighborhood, with parking in the building and a supermarket on the ground floor.
Negative: The smell of garbage in the building's hallways was unpleasant. One day, there was no water, and the owner didn't inform us about the situation. Neighbors said that water outages happen frequently.
Summary: For this price, it's better to have the comfort and service of a hotel.
