Summary: The location was perfect for Yankee and Phillies spring training w both stadiums close by. With the craziness of FLA traffic - you want to be close! Once home from game we walked to local restaurants and taprooms for dinner. Charming little town feel. Home was simple and clean- just how we like it! We would stay there again!
