Positive: It's a clean unit with secure entry in a very desirable location. The renting agent was nice and helpful. The bathroom is spacious and has large shelving for your belongings. The tv, though the remote is a challenge has just about every channel you could want to watch. Overall a nice property to spend a short trip in.
Negative: It's a nice place but sort of bare bones in a way, very minimal amenity wise. Cooking or making food in the kitchen was very limited, you got two cups two plates two forks and two infant sized spoons and the toaster maybe would fit a pop tart. The thermostat never stayed where you set it, coming back in the afternoon it's on 90 and waking up in the middle of the night to find it at 51. The only other thing would be the bathroom needs better lighting. We did enjoy our stay this is just some constructive criticism.
Summary: We had a great time in Denver and the unit was clean and accommodating and located in a great spot.
