Positive: We love the house. Marissa makes sure there is everything you need even spices in the kitchen :). The location is near the Prospect Lake, we went for a run in the morning and an afternoon sun bathing. It's near downtown and most attractions in Colorado Springs. Definitely rent this again when we come back to Colorado Springs. Thank you Marissa for your friendly and excellent host.
