This newly renovated historic home provides space for the whole clan to spread out. With two family rooms and a garage that doubles as a game room, family and friends of all ages will enjoy this Northern Michigan Getaway. Within walking distance to downtown Boyne City and just 5 minutes to Boyne Mountain, it doesn't get any better as far as location. After a long day of play, come back and relax on the back deck under the stars or tucked in around the living room fireplace.
The entire home, including a finished basement, laundry room, and garage are yours to enjoy. There is one bedroom in the basement with egress windows, one bedroom on the main floor that minimizes the need for using steps and three bedrooms upstairs.
We live nearby so we can be available on site if needed.

This home is set amongst a charming Boyne City neighborhood. Streets are lined with sidewalks where people say hello to one another while walking their dogs. Neighbor kids shovel sidewalks of those in need and neighbors know and look out for one another. After dark it's quiet other than laughter shared among friends sitting around the patio in the summer. A walk to the bars and restaurants is feasible for even the youngest guests, but a bike ride is even more fun. Inquire about the availability of bikes during your stay!
Boyne City is a community of mixed travel.. Most businesses have bike racks outside, parking is usually a breeze but walking is also safe at all hours of the day and night. There is a shuttle that transports people to and from Boyne Mountain. Inquire about more information. Parking at the house is free. There is room for five vehicles. EV charging from the garage. Inquire about details. Street parking is not allowed overnight in the city.
