We require that the booking party be 21+.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later.
Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Please remove shoes before coming into the home.
The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while in the home. +A fee of $500 is charged if we identify that someone smoked in the residence.
Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM.
Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.
Lock the door each time you leave home.
If you use the washer/dryer during your stay, please clean out the lint tray.
Parties and large gatherings are PROHIBITED and will result in immediate evacuation and the codes of the houses will be changed. When reservation is confirmed, you are adhering to our house rules.
Please load the dishwasher and press start before departure. You will find detergent pods under the sink.
Please place all USED towels in the shower or laundry basket (located in the laundry room) before departure.
Please throw away everything from the refrigerator and cabinets prior to check-out.
