All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with master suites, 3rd bedroom and bonus room with bunk beds (4th bedroom.) Upper floor has wet bar and rooftop deck area with sitting area and private hot tub.

Summary: This condo was clean and well-appointed, and modern, if not brand new. The rooftop hot tub with expansive views was a special treat (wintertime ski visit). Bedding was comfortable and clean. Bedrooms and bed setup would be perfect for two families with two kids each. Furnishings were comfortable and sufficient to accommodate our group. Bus to Winter Park is a short walk through the complex, as are several restaurants - once we stocked up on groceries it was not necessary to drive anywhere. Even though the unit is in the middle of the action, it is not on Highway 40 so it's much quieter than other units in this complex. Two caveats: 1) the condo is split over four levels if you include the garage on the ground level and spa/deck on the top so there are three flights of stairs involved, and 2) if you have a large vehicle, getting inthe garage is a very tight fit due to the sharp 90 degree turn to get into it with the way the drive aisle is plowed in the winter (overnight parking on the fronting street is not permitted November-April). Nevertheless, definitely recommend this unit!
