Come enjoy your beach vacation at "Down The Hatch". This adorable beach cottage is ready for your family vacation or friends getaway! Upon entering the home, you will find a beautiful well stocked kitchen that opens up into the dining and living room. All of which have a beautiful view of the sugary white beach and the Gulf of Mexico. On the main level you will find 2 bedrooms, a hall bath and a laundry room. One of these bedrooms has 2 twins and the other has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. On the top level you have two more bedrooms both furnishing king beds. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and one of the bedrooms has it's own private balcony. Every room in this home has a view of the beautiful beach. If you are looking for a great beach vacation where you can step off the porch onto the sugary white sand, look no further as this is the home for you! There is a great porch for outside dinning and grilling. At Signature Properties, your vacation is our priority. We have someone on call 24/7 available for anything that you may need during your stay. Book your beach vacation with us today! Cancellation Policy: A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) from arrival. A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $69 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
