Thanks to all our wonderful guests over the past 7 years. Our home is now sold & we will not be taking any further rental bookings. Please NOTE-our home is currently for sale & you may be asked to schedule showings during your visit. Our realty firm has best practices in place, to ensure your safety. Welcome to the Dover Cottage 'Guest House'. The house is charming & cozy and perfect for an escape to Naples. It features a galley kitchen,(brand new for Fall 2017) living area with flat screen SMART TV, & high speed internet and a washer/dryer. The living room has a new sofa bed. NEW: The bedroom has a queen bed, with a Simmons Beautyrest mattress. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower, pedestal sink, vent fan and room for all your personal items. Nice linens & towels are included with all rentals. Screened in porch, with comfy furniture. Covered parking in the carport next to the house. There is a shared courtyard between the main cottage & the alley house. There you will find a tote with beach chairs/umbrellas & a gas grill. Bikes are also available(we usually have 2). To see the main house , go to listing #643325 Our location is ideal. Just 3 blocks to the Gulf Beaches. Less than a block to 3rd Street shopping & restaurants.
